Hard-core ergonomic keyboard.
jwz, the Netscape-core-programmer-turned-nightclub-owner, has Kinesis Evolution keyboard, which is a split keyboard with dual trackpads. He's mounted the halves of the device vertically on the arms of his Aeron chair.
The Evolution can move around, all crazy-like. Check it out:

Oh, and jwz's broken down and gotten an iMac. Apparently, this is a big deal.
